Cultivating the Fertile Lands of South America, Building a Global Supply Chain — A Record of the Inspection of South American Planting Bases and Warehouse Layout Planning
Dec 17, 2025
From the moist fertile soils of the Amazon rainforest to the sunny slopes of the Andes, South America, endowed with unique tropical and subtropical climates, has become a world core production area for natural plant raw materials. Recently, we conducted an in-depth investigation covering on-site inspections of planting bases and the planning of a modern warehousing system in core regions of South America such as Brazil and Chile, aiming to open up the entire supply chain from source planting to end-to-end supply, and deliver high-quality South American characteristic natural plant raw materials to the global market in a stable and efficient manner.

I. Tracing the Source of South American Planting Bases: Anchoring the Source Quality of Natural Raw Materials
The tropical and subtropical climates of South America nurture a variety of high-quality natural plant raw materials. The core planting bases inspected this time focus on the following varieties: Guarana in the Amazon rainforest of Brazil (rich in natural caffeine, a core raw material for energy drinks and dietary supplements); Açaí (harvested sustainably, abundant in anthocyanins and unsaturated fatty acids, a popular raw material for health food and beauty & skincare products); Acerola Cherry (cultivated in a refined way, extremely high in natural vitamin C, a premium raw material for VC supplements); Camu Camu (grown under original ecological conditions, rich in VC and active substances with high purity); as well as special raw materials including passionflower, yerba mate, rutin and quercetin. All production areas rely on the local natural ecology, adopting an integrated model of ecological planting, sustainable harvesting and traditional craftsmanship to ensure the purity, activity and quality stability of raw materials from the source.

II. Layout of South American Warehousing Centers: Forging a Core Hub of the Global Supply Chain
Based on the distribution characteristics of South America's core planting bases and the storage requirements of various raw materials, we plan to build a modern multi-functional warehousing center in two core cities of South America — São Paulo in Brazil, creating a supply chain hub integrating storage, primary processing, sorting, cold chain and logistics, and opening up the "last mile" of raw material supply with an efficient layout.
The warehousing centers are located close to the core planting areas, greatly shortening the transportation distance of raw materials from the field to the warehouse and reducing the loss of fresh raw materials. Meanwhile, relying on the port and aviation hub advantages of the citiy, they can quickly radiate the global markets in Europe, Asia, North America and other regions, ensuring the timeliness of cross-border transportation of raw materials. In view of raw materials of different forms and characteristics such as guarana extract, fresh açaí berries and dried yerba mate, the warehousing centers scientifically divide into ambient temperature storage areas, cold chain fresh-keeping areas and dry storage areas, equipped with professional equipment such as constant temperature and humidity control, low-temperature cold chain, dehumidification and ventilation systems, realizing precise classified fresh-keeping and maximizing the retention of nutrients and activity of raw materials. The centers also provide one-stop services including primary processing, customized packaging and multimodal transport logistics, which can process raw materials into different forms such as powder according to customer needs, adapt to diverse scenarios such as R&D and production, and realize efficient door-to-door supply from the warehouse to customers' factories.
III. Looking to the Future: Based in South America, Connecting the Global Natural Health Industry
This in-depth inspection of South American planting bases and the planning of modern warehousing centers mark an important step for us to deepen our layout in the field of natural plant raw materials and improve the global supply chain. In the future, we will continue to deepen in-depth cooperation with local farmers in South America, promote the concepts of organic planting and sustainable development, and further consolidate the quality foundation of raw material sources. At the same time, we will constantly optimize the operational efficiency of warehousing centers and improve the flexibility and response speed of the supply chain. With professional warehouse management and efficient logistics distribution, we will accurately deliver South American characteristic natural raw materials such as guarana, açaí and acerola cherry to the global food, dietary supplement, beauty & skincare and other industries.
From the source planting in the fertile lands of South America to the sophisticated management and control of modern warehousing, we have always adhered to the principle of "quality as the core and supply chain as the wing". We are committed to becoming a solid bridge connecting South American natural raw materials with the global market, providing global partners with higher-quality, more stable and cost-effective natural raw material solutions, and working together to build a better future for the global natural health industry.
